CleanAcid AP

Self-acting, powdery lime scale remover for all industrial machines in kitchens like combined steamers, bain maires, dish and glass washing machines and for all acid-resistant utensils. Removes lime scale, water and milk incrustations.

Application areas

For industrial dish and glass washing machines and combined steamers in kitchens, canteens, restaurants and hotels.

Dosage

Descale machines according to the producer’s instructions.
Interrupt the detergent supply.
Put 20 - 30 g powder per 1 l water at 50 - 70 C into the machine, depending on incrustations.
Start the machine up several times without detergent, then empty the machine and rinse with plenty of water.

Special advice

Not suitable for enamel and limestone surfaces (marble, travertine, Solnhofer).
